Four new origins are hitting out shelves this week. Sulawesi Tana AA, Ethiopia Baaroo, Peru Puno Typica and Bolivia Villa Rosario. Mk6 and decaf is restocked as well.

Museo closed at 4pm for exhibition opening
A quick reminder to those of you on the social interweb, Museo will be closed at 4pm on Friday January 25th. Regular hours resume on Saturday.

Museo, now with bigger capacity
We’ve brought in a newer, bigger, badder mixer that’ll allow us 5-6 times larger batches if pastries. What this means for you: we’re 5-6 times less likely to run out of our highly addictive cinnamon buns!

It's Armistice Day!
Yes that is correct, it was Armistice Day yesterday, and we are operating from twelve hundred hours until sixteen hundred hours on the following statutory holiday. Perchance we will see you upon our business premises and you will imbibe yourself one of our fine coffees, dear friend.

no milk, sugar, babies or wifi?
Another shop bans strollers, in addition to milk and sugar (aka the condiment bar), this one in Berlin.

Thanksgiving hours
Our regular hours of 9-6 apply on Saturday and Sunday, 11-4 on Monday. We’re rolling with Sumatran Dolok Sanggul all weekend as our french press coffee. Hope to see you out, whether you’re grabbing some single origin for after dinner coffee, or out for a stroll along the river.

Museo hours July Long Weekend

Mk6 seasonal update
A note to Museo mk6 espresso users: we’ve updated the blend with a few new crops. You should be pulling some nice semisweet chocolate and tangerine citrus notes.
Who wants burlap coffee bags?
We have lots of burlap/jute coffee bags available from our roastery. If you need any for your decorating/landscaping/soundproofing needs, let us know via fb comments. We will leave a small tranche at Museo for pickup on request.

Museo closed Saturday Jan 14th at 3:30 for LUGO
Some late breaking news, the Mendel will require Museo to close early at 3:30 on Saturday January 14th to accomodate setup for LUGO. Normal hours apply for the rest of the weekend.
Irish music night @ Museo
As is customary on the first Wednesday of the month, Museo is hosting Comholtas, Saskatoon’s Irish folk session music club, from 6:45 to 8:45. No cover charge!

Closed New Year's Day
Just a reminder that Museo will be closed on Sunday January 1st. Thank you to all for your love and support in 2011, and we’re looking forward to bringing you the best in coffee and espresso, and perhaps a few surprises in 2012.
Christmas Eve: Espresso status and hours
Well hi there,
Just a reminder Museo will be open Christmas Eve, 9-1 and Boxing Day 12-4. We are currently sold out of 1lb bags of espresso, but I’m currently roasting a triple batch of espresso, and 10 bags should hit shelves by 11:30.
